1. Manufacturer’s contractual warranty applies from the earlier date of first vehicle registration or delivery to the first retail customer.

2. For non-commercial use, Geely provides a 96-month or 200,000 km warranty (whichever occurs first) covering the complete vehicle, including the traction motor and controller. The high-voltage battery is covered for a minimum State of Health (SOH) of 70% during the applicable warranty period.

3. Specific warranty periods, conditions, and exclusions apply to certain components, including paintwork, corrosion perforation, original spare parts, and wear or maintenance-related items such as tires, brake pads, cabin air filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and the 12V battery. Regular fluids and lubricants are excluded from warranty coverage.

4. Normal battery capacity degradation over time and mileage is not considered a defect unless the applicable minimum SOH threshold is not met.

5. Warranty coverage is subject to compliance with the prescribed maintenance schedule (every 12 months or 15,000 km, whichever occurs first), performed by an authorized Geely repairer.

6. This commercial warranty is provided in addition to any statutory consumer rights applicable under local law, which remain fully valid and unaffected.
